I am currently a Freshman at the Pennsylvania College of Technology. I am in an associate's program to achieve a Culinary Arts degree. I have previously attended the Reading Muhlenberg Career and Technology Center for 3 years where I have learned the foundations needed to be prepared as a Chef. I am also enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Applied Management. I have attended the FCCLA State Leadership Conference twice, and the National Leadership once.
