The Manager in Training Program is a fast-track career development opportunity for recent college graduates or current high potential team members.The manager in training will immerse themselves in the Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering departments, with additional exposure to Finance, Human Resources and Sales. The objective of the program is to provide a foundation that will prepare trainees for a long-term career with Legacy Ventures Hotels.
